From the 1st of September we have made a few changes to our booking and paying system. We hope that for many of you this will result in reduced payments for your appointments. We have made these changes to booking to minimise the additional admin costs of responding to phone calls and other forms of messaging.
FIRST THE EXCITING NEWS!
We are offering a 10% discount if you book on-line and pay in advance for review appointments and initial consultations. This offer is only available for bookings made and managed on-line. Your email reminders include a link to manage your appointment. Therefore you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
We are ensuring that your reminder emails are sent more than 48 hours before your appointment to allow sufficient time to make any changes.
Unfortunately if you do contact us by phone, SMS, email, or similar you may be charged that discount to cover costs. This will be at the discretion of the therapist.
Due to the payment system in Tweedmill we are unable to offer this discount at present in Mill Clinic. We are looking at ways to introduce advance payments there, and will let you know once it is up and running.
For those of you who rebook at your appointment will will be starting a reward program to ensure you will also benefit. Please watch out for more details in the next few weeks.
PRICE CHANGES & INVOICING FOR NON-ATTENDERS
All initial consultations with Sarah are rising to £50.00, and remaining at £45.00 with Sam. As an existing client there will be no changes in price for your review appointments.
We have recently had a run of people who have not attended their appointments, and have made no attempt to inform us that they will not be coming. For some clinics there is a 2 week wait. Those appointment times could have been filled by someone who would value that appointment. Therefore we have made the difficult decision to send an invoice for the full amount of that missed appointment.
